Public preview terms
Terms for evaluating the current Digitext AI preview.
Preview status
Digitext AI supports explicit samples, canonical JSON and manual text imports, private document storage, human review, structured exports, controlled sharing, scoped API access, and a deterministic document Assistant preview. Arbitrary file uploads, live OCR, and live AI providers are disabled.
Demo and user content
Synthetic demo records are labeled as demo data and are kept separate from imported workspace records. Imported canonical data and manually entered content remain the responsibility of the workspace member who provides them.
Authorized use
Users must import or enter only content they are authorized to process and share. Access controls must not be bypassed.
Automated output
Canonical document data, synthetic OCR fixtures, exports, and Assistant citations may contain errors. Review source documents and corrected values before relying on output where accuracy matters.
Availability
This bounded preview may change, pause, or remove features. Service levels, support commitments, warranties, and final retention terms have not been established.
